About Me
I am a self-taught creative since first grade, found inspiration in the world's angles, turning even the sky into a potential canvas. However, on February 16th, 1997, my life took a drastic turn when a drunk driver rear-ended the vehicle I was in, leading to a series of life-threatening injuries.
Despite the challenges, my parents found solace at the Ronald McDonald House, allowing them to be by my side during my recovery. With their support, I not only survived but thrived, becoming ASB president, resuming soccer, and excelling academically.
Later in life, tragedy struck again when my older brother Jacob was in a fatal car accident. Faced with the heart-wrenching situation, my father, inspired by the Ronald McDonald House, dreamt of establishing a hospitality house in Temecula, naming it Jacob's House in honor of his son.
Despite the absence of a children's hospital nearby, the dream persisted, and a city employee suggested building a house meeting the needs of all ages. Thus, the dream of Jacob's House was born, symbolizing resilience, compassion, and a commitment to supporting families during times of crisis in the Temecula Valley.
